The room was generously spaced with comfy beds and a fridge! The gym was great for a quick workout. Having a mini bar was a nice touch. I especially loved the powerful shower after a long day!

We enjoyed a pleasant overnight stay in a spacious Superior Queen Room. Staff were friendly, but I noticed a lack of snack options outside the vending machine. A little more attention to available amenities would enhance the experience. Plan for possible pre-authorisation checks at check-in.

The staff were super friendly and really went outta their way to help. The room was comfy and clean, loved the modern vibe. Tried the in-room breakfast, which was yum! Only thing, the hallways could use some updating. the decor was a bit dull. a nice stay.

The friendly reception staff were incredibly helpful, especially a young lady who went above and beyond for us. However, the cooked breakfast was only tepid, which was disappointing.

We had a lovely overnight stay, enjoying a fantastic dinner where the steak was top-notch, and the kids adored the pool and garden area for some fun. Despite some light noise from nearby activities, the experience was overall very relaxing and pleasant. A minor hiccup with the room's air conditioning not being up to par didn’t dampen our spirits. we’ll definitely be back! 😊

the novotel was a perfect base camp for our trip. it's really close to the airport, making it easy for our early meeting the next day. the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were super pleasant. we also loved the lovely bar area, which made relaxing so much easier.

The staff were friendly, especially Simon at the reception who went above and beyond to help us fix my luggage. And that shuttle service was a lifesaver, so easy to get to the airport without hassle.
